Christmas is generally considerd a time of peace, helping eachother, love, and joy… But not for everyone. Especially for international students, spending the holidays in a new environment, surrounded by a new culture and people, far away from home and family can take its toll, especially with the stress of holiday preparations.

Luckily, the psychologists from the UW Psychological Counselling Centre (CPP) will be available for UW students and employees also around Christmas time.
