In the last video Prof. Marcin Pałys, Rector of the University of Warsaw announced changes in the functioning of the University in the nearest weeks.
According to the latest Rector’s order:
- the University’s activity is limited until 24th May. Until then, lectures and classes at the University of Warsaw are conducted remotely.
If the Ministry of Science and Higher Education does not extend the restrictions, then after 24th May, UW plans to:
- continue lectures and classes remotely, until the end of the semester, in an unchanged form;
- start – with observance of all sanitary guidelines – stationary practical classes, requiring attendance at the university, which are currently not implemented (schedules of classes will be presented after 15th May);
- present decisions regarding the implementation of individual classes that are not of a practical nature and were not launched remotely for various reasons.
A new UW Rector’s ordinance regarding the change of the academic calendar 2019/2020, implementation of classes at the UW and organization of sessions will be published this week.
