UPDATE (16th of March 2020)
From 16th of March, the Department for Foreigners suspends customer service and receipt of applications for temporary residence permit due to coronavirus spread. This means that also ACADEMIC SATURDAY will be moved to another date.
Information on the new date of the ACADEMIC SATURDAY event will be published on the Department for Foreigners’ website.
On March 21, 2020, the Department of Foreigners’ Affairs will host the ‘Academic Saturday’ event, under which foreigners undertaking or continuing university studies in Poland will be able to, after prior booking a visit, apply for a temporary residence permit.
The Academic Saturday is addressed to all foreigners undertaking studies in Poland, both full-time and part-time.
Submission of the application will be possible after prior registration for the visit via the online calendar, which will be available from 02/03/2020 on the website www.gov.pl.

After receiving the date of the visit, complete the required documents and appear at the indicated position in the Office 10 minutes before the appointed time.
