Setting SMART goals for personal growth

Goal setting and decision making in alignment with one’s vision and values; building up goal plans; execution and accountability techniques;

DRAW out your inner gremlin and boost your self-confidence

How to get aware and tame one’s inner saboteurs – judging, “should”, frustrations, limiting beliefs – and build one’s self-esteem; building up own strategy for desired change, in line with one’s values (Force-Field Analysis model);

New country, new life – hello world, I have a lot to offer!

The course is thought to tackle in positive way the subject of being foreigner in the new country; knowing your purpose and vision, tackling limiting belief and self-perception in the new country, the ways of assuring one’s well-being and establishing one’s safe environment. The goal of the training is to boost students self-confidence in new country and see it as an opportunity for growth and contribution, and on this way to enhance the well-being.

Kill that procrastinator! – know what holds you back and build the action plans that work

Coaching workshop focused on understanding the reasons behind procrastination and setting up the action plans for effective time management and enhancement of self-efficiency; it will help students to better plan their semester, understand what motivates them and how they may use this to their advantage.

Dealing with challenging relations and conflicts

Types of conflicts; non-violent communication concept; active listening and identifying issue; problem-solving techniques; Managing negative emotions/cultivating positive emotions

Stress management

This workshop will being students to explore what kind of situation are triggering stress for them, how to recognize it early, what are the triggers and how to reduce stress level; it will give them tools of self-awareness and organize better; the training includes the elements of confidence boosting, self- and time management;

Embrace that change

Change can be as exciting as scary; new environment, outside and inner expectations meet reality and sometimes it is hard to stay on track of initial destination; here comes self-doubt and discouragement; this is quite usual for the change process; the workshop helps to detect and understand all those elements and stay  focused; student will learn some life-useful tools like Action-priority matrix or techniques to fight distractions and establish supportive daily habits

Knowing your skills and talents; discerning what you want, exploring options – what is positive and possible (SOAR model); goals setting and goal plans;  execution and accountability techniques;
