Welcome Days 2025

We are inviting all new international long-term students to a special orientation events designed to help you start your journey as a member of the UW community.

During this event, you will:

  • Get to know UW, learn how the University works, and what’s around you
  • Discover the numerous opportunities UW offers & find out about activities you can join
  • Get all the important tips and guidelines to start smoothly
  • Understand what life at UW is really like and how to make the most of it
  • Get useful insights about Warsaw city you’ve never heard before

Where?

The event will take place at Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28 (UW Main Campus)
The exact room number will be provided to registered participants two days prior to the meetings.
