Yesterday was an official beginning of the academic year 2019/2020, but long-term international students have already started! On Monday (30.09.2019) Welcome Point organized two meetings – one held in English, one in Polish. During meetings students have learned the most important things about the University and Poland. Also, three students had a chance of winning one of UW gadgets: a navy blue cap, a travel mug or a pendrive.
What is more, in the evening international and Polish students went on a pub crawl together. We hope that foundations of new friendships have been established!
It was a really busy day as all events gathered a lot of people. We hope that after our meetings everything became more clear but if there are still some concerns we are always ready to help you. Visit our Welcome Point pavilion in the small courtyard.
