Training and workshops for administrative staff

As part of the Welcome Point – Better Together project, we kindly invite administrative staff to participate in training sessions on intercultural competences and the essential knowledge needed to support international students and PhD candidates throughout their academic journey in Poland. All training and workshops will be conducted in Polish, in person, from mid-February to the end of March. Registration takes place on the Kampus platform.

Training Schedule

  •  Introduction to Intercultural Communication

How do we interpret what’s “between the lines”? Do we all perceive time the same way? Can we become immune to culture shock? The interactive workshop will explore these questions through individual and group activities. The workshop aims to provide participants with both theoretical insights and practical strategies to improve daily communication within our multicultural academic community. It is especially recommended for those new to intercultural communication.
