Academic Saturday, organised by Department of Foreigners of the Mazovian Voivodeship Office, will be held on Saturday, October 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 3/5 Marszałkowska Street.
During the event, it will be possible to:
- submit an application for a temporary residence permit and obtain a stamp in a passport
- complete the application with missing documents
- collect a residence card
Who can take part?
This event is open only to foreigners who apply for a residence permit on the basis of studies or research work. Applications for other purposes (e.g. family reunification or employment) will not be accepted.
You can take part if you are:
- a bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral student,
- or a researcher conducting scientific work in Poland.
Important:
Before you register make sure you have filled in your TRC application forms in both government systems: inPOL and MOS since the application numbers are required to book your appointment.
How to register?
To participate, you must register online.
The registration form will open on October 14th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
It will remain available Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., until all available spots are filled.
Please note:
to fill in the booking form, it’s important to prepare the following information in advance:

passport number and expiry date,

application numbers from both inPOL and MOS (you can find them under the barcodes on the application forms)

date of birth and citizenship,
-
phone number and email address.
A confirmation email with the time and place of your appointment will be sent within 5 days after registration.
Additional information for TRP applications during the Academic Saturday
If you plan to submit your temporary residence permit (TRP) application during the Academic Saturday on October 25th, please make sure to bring the following documents with you:

hand-signed applications generated from inPOL and MOS systems

passport copy (all pages containing visas and entry/exit stamps) + passport for verification
-
four passport-size photos
-
a copy of your current residence document (visa or residence card)
-
confirmation of the stamp duty payment
These documents are sufficient to start the legalization process and obtain a stamp in your passport confirming that your application has been submitted.

However, if you are unable to gather them before October 25th, don’t worry – you will be able to submit them later, within the deadline set by the Office for Foreigners.
