What are e-Doręczenia?
e-Doręczenia (e-Deliveries) are a free electronic service equivalent to the traditional postal service. You can use it to send and receive documents and letters electronically. It is a safe and convenient way of communicating with public administration institutions.
Information materials, including instructional videos, are available here (only in Polish).
Important:
- If you do not open a message, after 14 days it will automatically be marked as received. The institution who sent it will receive a confirmation.
- e-Doręczenia will soon replace the ePUAP service, which will no longer exist.
How do I create an e-Doręczenia mailbox?
- Create a Trusted Profile. Instructions on how to create a Trusted Profile can be found here.
- Submit an application.
- You will need an email address and a mailing address. The rest of your information will be filled out automatically after you log in using your Trusted Profile.
- Once you have a Trusted Profile, go to edoreczenia.gov.pl and log in.
- Follow the instructions below.
After checking if all the information is correct, sign the application using your Trusted Profile.
