International students of 1st, 2nd, and long-cycle Master’s degree studies may submit a reasoned request for exemption from fees in whole or in part. Such request should be addressed to the head of the teaching unit (HTU) and should be based on one of following (documented) reasons:
- student’s outstanding academic performance,
- student’s participation in an international scholarship programme,
- significant deterioration of the student’s financial situation during studies,
- student’s involvement in activities for the benefit of the University performed on a voluntary basis, important for the University and requiring a significant amount of time,
- significant commitment to and progress in integration with the Polish society, including learning the Polish language,
- it is justified for humanitarian reasons,
- in other especially justified reasons.
In all cases a student will need to attach documents confirming the fulfilment of the aforementioned conditions to the request (translations into Polish are required).
