The workshops are co-financed by NAWA Polish National Agency of Academic Exchange within the programme “Welcome to Poland” and is dedicated to all international students and PhD students.
What will you learn?
- What is Leadership: Reflect on the role and qualities of a leader.
- Leader vs. Manager: Understand the key differences.
- Privileges & Difficulties: Recognize the opportunities and challenges of leadership.
- Me as a Leader: Reflect on your leadership style, strengths, and values.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Discover areas for improvement.
- Create Your Leadership Development Plan: Develop a personalized plan based on your self-awareness and insights.
The workshop includes a coffee and a lunch break for its participants, financed by the NAWA programme. The attendees are obliged to participate in the event from the start till the end.
