Who can apply for a place in a UW dormitory?
All UW students and doctoral students have the right to apply for a place for themselves, as well as for their children and spouse or partner.
Application deadlines
There are two rounds of application and processing:
Round I — for Current Students
- Application period: 9 June – 4 July 2025
- Who can apply: All current students, including those who are completing their Bachelor’s degree and planning to continue their Master’s studies at UW.
Round II — for New Students (admitted for 2025/2026)
- Application period: 4 – 15 August 2025
- Who can apply: Only students who will start their studies at UW in the academic year 2025/2026.
