Admissions for studies in the upcoming 2019/20 academic year start on June 5th, 2019. We think it is a good time to gather here some basic information on how the process of applying for studies here looks like.
Firstly, our registration website. It is there where you can check UW’s educational offer, specific requirements for each course, and, most importantly, register for chosen course(s). In order to do this, you will need to create your own acount there and follow the instructions. If something is not clear to you, do not hesitate and contact our Admissions Office or specific faculty (if your problem is connected directly with a course of your choosing). Also, remember that application fee has to be paid not later than one day after the end of recruitment process (July 5th, 2019).
Secondly, list of required documents. After you receive qualification results (July 19th, 2019) on your individual account and (hopefully) got admitted, you need to submit (send by post) all necessary documents. After receiving and verifying them our Rector will issue a formal decision.
Thirdly, many of you will probably apply for a visa in order to enter Poland legally. If you are having problems with this procedure, please, visit this page.
