Who can apply?

The course is dedicated to international employees of the University of Warsaw. Employees who are not academic teachers/researchers are required to submit a permission form signed by their immediate supervisor (Word) to Welcome Point if classes overlap with their working hours.

Schedule of groups:

  • A1.3 (beginners, 3rd trimester) – teacher: Małgorzata Malinowska, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:45 pm – 6:15 pm
  • A1.3 (beginners, 3rd trimester) – teacher: Katarzyna Kołak-Danyi, Mondays: 8 am – 9:30 am, Wednesdays: 8:30 am -10 am
  • A2.2 (upper beginners, 2nd trimester) – teachers: Katarzyna Kołak-Danyi & Paulina Potasińska, Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:30 am – 11:00 am
  • B2.3 (upper intermediate, 3rd trimester) – teacher: Małgorzata Malinowska, Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:45 pm – 18:15 pm
  • C1.4 (advanced, 4th trimester) – teacher: Paulina Potasińska, Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Are you joining the course for the first time or after a long break?

Log in to the Kampus platform: use your CAS account and enter the one-time access code (token) sent to your university email address (@uw.edu.pl).

Next:

  1. Complete the placement test and make sure to save your results by clicking the “Zapisz/Save” button at the end.
  2. Enroll in the group recommended by your test results.
  3. Join a short online meeting with our teachers to confirm that the assigned group matches your skills and needs.

Application deadline: April 9, 2026, 12:00 p.m.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to continuing participants. You will receive confirmation of your enrollment after your application has been verified and the registration deadline has passed.
