Academic Saturday will be held on Saturday, October 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Department of Foreigners of the Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw at 3/5 Marszałkowska Street.
During the event, it will be possible to:
- submit an application for temporary residence
- collect a residence card
- complete the application with missing documents
- obtain a stamp in a passport
Who can take part?
This event is open only to foreigners who apply for a residence permit on the basis of studies or research work. Applications for other purposes (e.g. family reunification or employment) will not be accepted.
You can take part if you are:
- a bachelor’s, master’s,
- doctoral student,
- or a researcher conducting scientific work in Poland.

Before you register make sure you have filled in your TRC application forms in both government systems: inPOL and MOS
How to register?
To participate, you must register online.
The registration form will open on October 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
It will remain available Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., until all available spots are filled.
Please note:
to fill in the booking form, it’s important to prepare the following information in advance:

passport number and expiry date,

application numbers from both inPOL and MOS (you can find them under the barcode at the top of the page in the inPOL, and at the bottom of the page in the MOS system)

date of birth and citizenship,

phone number and email address.
A confirmation email with the time and place of your appointment will be sent within 5 days after registration.
