Anyone interested in the educational offer of the UW was invited to come to the Open Day on Saturday, 23rd April, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm to meet and talk to representatives of each faculty, student organisation or administrative office at The University of Warsaw.
Welcome Point’s student volunteers and team members were also there waiting to help you out with any questions regarding living and studying in Warsaw. There was also a possibility to talk with us on Zoom in three languages: English, Ukrainian and Polish.
Each year the University of Warsaw organises the Open Day for the students-to-be. Candidates are presented the UW study programmes and admission procedures at special information stands prepared by faculties and departments, student organisations and administration.
The Admissions Office can be approached for quite detailed inquiries about recruitment procedures. Representatives of the UW Students’ Union and student research groups are available to meet, exchange opinions and share experience. Administration staff as well as students who cooperate with the UW Volunteer Centre are open to talk about their volunteer activities and initiatives.
