Here’s the detailed schedule:
October 9, 2023, 3:00 PM – Welcome Training “Welcome Point” (in English)
On the first day, we’ll begin our adventure with a welcoming “Welcome Point” training session. It will help you get acquainted with our campus and introduce you to our academic community.
October 10, 2023, 5:00 PM – “Student Government About Student Government” – who we are, what we do, and why it’s worth getting involved (in Polish / English). This day is dedicated to getting to know our doctoral student government, learning about the projects we undertake, and how you can join us.
October 11, 2023, 3:00 PM – Training on research funding opportunities conducted by the Research Office (in English)
This is an extremely important training session that will help you understand how to secure funding for your research and advance your academic career.
October 12, 2023, 4:00 PM – “I’m a Doctoral Student, Now What?” — Training on the rights and responsibilities of doctoral students (in Polish / English). The final training session will focus on your rights and responsibilities as doctoral students, ensuring that you feel confident in your new role.
October 12, 2023, 6:00 PM – Integration at “Indeks” Pub. To wrap up our Welcome Week, we invite you to an informal gathering at the “Indeks” Pub, where you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your fellow doctoral students better.
