The University of Warsaw has two hotels for PhD students, Hera and House of Scientific Worker which have a single, twin and triple rooms and flats. Due to limited number of places, the accommodation depends on apartment/room availability.

In order to apply for accomodation in House of Scientific Worker, candidates should submit your application to email@example.com by 2nd September. You can find the list of required documents here.
The University of Warsaw offers 2800 places in six residence halls situated in various parts of the city. Each hall has a quiet study lounge, a TV room, a computer room and laundry facilities. Monthly rent ranges from EUR 80 to 150 (PLN 325-620) per person, depending on the type of room.
How to apply?
You can apply for a place through the USOSweb system (you will be provided a login and password by your faculty).
- Fill in a form (USOSWeb -> Common Section -> WNIOSKI choosing accommodation available under the Office for Doctoral and Post-diploma Studies (Polish name Biuro ds. Studiów Doktoranckich i Kształcenia Podyplomowego)
- Print and sign the form
- Send it to the Ms Daria Balcerzak via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Please attach a map that indicates a route from your place of residence in the country of your origin to the University of Warsaw (Krakowskie Przedmieście street 26/28, Warsaw).
