The University Vaccination Point has announced rules of registration for vaccination appointment. It is expected that registration starts no later than 31th May and the first vaccination should take place no later than 17th-26th June 2021. E-referral for those who do not have PESEL number will be issued by CenterMed.
Registration for the vaccination appointment
The registration will be possible only for those – students, doctoral students or employees of the University of Warsaw – who have previously reported their intention to be vaccinated at the University Vaccination Point. It’s planned to begin no later than 31st May 2021. The exact date will be sent via text message and email the day before registration starts.
Scheduling of appointment will be possible in one of three ways:
- via the online registration system on a dedicated website
- through the automatic telephone registration system
- by phone consultation
You will receive a confirmation of the vaccination date at your phone and email.
People who have applied for vaccination at the University Vaccination Point and do not have a PESEL number will receive an e-referral issued by the CenterMed not later than on the day of vaccination.
Vaccination place and dates
The University Vaccination Point is situated in the University of Warsaw Library building (sports area, at -1 level), 00-312 Warsaw, 56/66 Dobra Street.
As for now, it is expected to begin vaccinations no later than 17-26 June 2021. The deadline for the second dose is approximately 35 days after taking the first dose regardless of the type of vaccine.
Cancellation of the vaccination
To cancel vaccination at the University Vaccination Point, send an e-mail to uw@centermed.pl. In the request you should include your name, surname and telephone number.
