UW international employees and PhD candidates teaching students are invited to an online training on the USOSweb system on 9 December. This session is designed for teaching and research staff who want to navigate USOSweb more confidently and efficiently
During the training, participants will:
- Learn how to access the USOSweb system;
- Explore the main USOS functions useful for teaching staff (e.g., weekly schedules, classes, group lists);
- Practice using key USOS tools through hands-on exercises;
- Find out how to use USOSmail to contact students effectively;
- Learn how to enter final grades into the system;
- Review important USOS profile settings relevant for instructors;
- Ask questions and receive guidance on individual issues related to using USOS.

The training is open to all international employees of the UW who are hired on employment contracts (including both academic and administrative/service staff*) and UW PhD candidates.
*If the workshop is held during your working hours, administrative and service staff are kindly requested to submit a signed permission from their immediate supervisor to welcome.event@uw.edu.pl
