we would like to remind you that if the validity of your trusted profile was automatically extended during the pandemic, it expires today!

The validity of a trusted profile is 3 years. It was automatically extended during the pandemic. Once the pandemic emergency has been cancelled, you must extend the validity of your profile yourself.

If after logging in to your trusted profile in the field Method of creation/extension you see the information “Trusted profile extended automatically for the duration of the pandemic”, your profile will be cancelled on 31 October 2023. You can extend the validity of your profile yourself online.

To extend the validity of your profile online:

• Log on to pz.gov.pl
• In the top right corner, you will see your details and a blue arrow. Expand the menu under the arrow and select Trusted Profile.
• In Profile details, select Extend validity or change data and then Next.
• You will see a window with your contact details. Confirm them or edit them if they have changed.
• You will receive an SMS and an e-mail with authorisation codes. Enter them in the appropriate fields and select Next.
