The application process for the Rector’s Scholarship 2024/2025 will continue until October 15, 2024. Students are encouraged to prepare and submit their documents as soon as possible!
The percentage of eligible recipients and the scholarship amounts are expected to be announced between November and December 2024.
Who Can Apply?
For Students Beginning Studies:
You are eligible for the Rector’s Scholarship if:
- You are admitted to the first year of first-cycle (Bachelor’s) or long-cycle Master’s studies in the year you passed your secondary school exams.
- You meet one of the following criteria:
- You are a laureate of an international Olympiad, or a laureate or finalist of a national-level Olympiad (as per education regulations).
- You are a medalist in sports competitions for the title of Polish Champion in your sport (according to sports regulations).
For Students Continuing Studies:
- If you are pursuing more than one degree, you may apply for the Rector’s Scholarship for only one program, based on your choice.
- If you already have a Master’s degree, you are ineligible, even if the degree was obtained abroad. Likewise, if you hold a Bachelor’s degree and are applying for another Bachelor’s program, you will not be eligible.
- The scholarship is available for first-cycle (Bachelor’s), second-cycle (Master’s), and long-cycle Master’s studies for a maximum of 12 semesters, regardless of breaks in utilization.
- You may receive the Rector’s Scholarship during your Erasmus+ exchange or while on Dean’s leave.
