On Saturday, February 29 in the Department for Foreigners of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office in Warsaw, an ‘Info Saturday’ will take place between 10:00 and 15:00. This event is dedicated to foreigners applying for legalization of stay in Poland and for legal employment in the Masovian Voivodeship. Due to the personalized nature of the event, it was divided into three thematic modules: information, consultation and information sessions.
Information Module I is devoted to three segments:
- career counseling (entry without registration),
- business and tax consulting (entry without registration) and
- legal advice (registration via the contact form – https://forummigracyjne.org/kurs/prawnik)
During the ‘Info Saturday’, as part of Module II, individual consultations will be conducted on pending matters of legalization of stay, conducted by the Department for Foreigners of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office in Warsaw. Consultations are intended only for citizens of countries outside the European Union, individually arranged through the contact form – https://kontaktwsc.mazowieckie.pl/WSC/index.php/sobotainformacyjna.
Priority in registration will be given to individuals and in the case of remaining vacancies – attorneys acting in matters of foreigners can also register. Enrollment lasts until February 24, 2020 or until places run out. The Department forForeigners of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office in Warsaw has foreseen 70 places ensuring participation in consultations.
Information sessions will take place in three thematic panels:
- legalization of stay (at 10:00),
- certification of the Polish language (at 11:30) and
- settlement of PIT-37 (at 13:00)
Admission will not take place without registration.
‘Info Saturday’ will be held at the headquarters of the Department for Foreigners of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office in Warsaw, at Marszałkowska 3/5, between 10:00 and 15:00.
