Welcome Point of the University of Warsaw is looking for a full-time employee to join the team!

The selected candidate will support international students, doctoral candidates, and staff at the University of Warsaw, coordinate events, develop informational content, and implement solutions supporting the relocation and adaptation of foreigners joining the UW community.

  • Position: WP Team Member for the support of international members of the UW community
  • Employment period: June/July 2026 (with the possibility of extension)
  • Type of contract: Full-time employment

Main responsibilities include:

– supporting international students, doctoral candidates, and academic staff at UW;
– updating content for the Welcome Point website and social media;
– organising events and information meetings for international guests at UW;
– developing and implementing solutions to support the relocation of incoming staff;
– conducting consultations and trainings for UW staff working with international visitors.

Who are we looking for?

A person with higher education, fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2 level), communicative, well-organised, and open to working in an international environment. Additional assets include knowledge of the higher education sector, legalisation regulations, additional foreign language skills, good social media skills.
