Starting April 14, 2025, appointments for submitting temporary residence permit applications will once again be booked through the calendar in the inPOL system.
What is inPOL? – short reminder
The inPOL is an online system used by the Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw (Mazowiecki Urząd Wojewódzki w Warszawie) for handling residence-related matters. Through inPOL, you can fill out application form, book appointments to submit your documents in person, as well as track the progress of your case.
How to book an appointment:
To schedule an appointment, you must first complete an application in the inPOL.
Once the application is completed, you will be able to choose from three available queues at different locations in Warsaw:

Line X – Marszałkowska 3/5

Line G – Bankowy Square 3/5, entrance G

Line F – Al. Jerozolimskie 28
New appointment slots are released daily between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. If no appointments are currently available, please try again the following day.
Important:
In addition to completing the application in inPOL, you are still required to fill out the application in the MOS system and submit the completed forms on the agreed appointment date at the Office.
