Applications for a social scholarship in the summer semester of the 2020/2021 academic year should be submitted by students in paper form after registering the electronic form in USOSweb – the application submitted in writing must be signed by the applicant or a person authorized by him.

Centre for East European Studies of University of Warsaw annouced an open call for the candidates from Eastern Europe, Russia, Central Asia and Caucasus countries. The University of Warsaw will open 120 courses to 4EU+ students and doctoral candidates in the summer semester. The registration period for 4EU+ students has started on 1st February and will last until 14th March.

Since 1993, a loud countdown: “3…2… 1… Gramy!” announces the start of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy WOŚP), the largest charity event in Poland. The annual nationwide campaign brings people together in a common effort to raise money for medical equipment. The 29th Grand Finale will take place on 31 January and the University of Warsaw will support it once again.

The validity of Electronic Student Identification Cards has been extended in the USOS system until 30th June.
