Ukrainian citizens under temporary protection in Poland can now apply for a temporary residence permit with the annotation “Previously under temporary protection” (CUKR card).
To apply, applicants must:
- create a new account in the MOS system,
- log in via login.gov.pl,
- complete the online application form,
- upload a digital photo and payment confirmations,
- sign the application electronically.
Important deadlines:
📌 31 August 2026 – deadline to update passport data in the municipality office (urząd gminy) if required
📌 4 March 2027 – deadline to submit a CUKR card application
⚠️ Please remember: without a valid PESEL UKR, it will not be possible to apply.
