The World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development is next week! What a great occasion to meet and celebrate! We would like to invite you to the online event VC UW’s Multicultural Workshop.
When?
Thursday, May 20, at 4pm (16:00 CET)
It will last around 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Who can participate?
Current Students, PhD Candidates and employees of the University of Warsaw.
The working language will be English therefore good command of spoken and written English is required.
What will happen?
During the workshop we will talk about intercultural differences and similarities. It will be a great occasion to share and get information about different cultures. Together we will also prepare a creative effect that will be shared by the Volunteer Centre of UW on the 21st of May to celebrate the cultural diversity of our university!
Why is it worth participating?
It’s a great occasion to:
- Meet people from different countries and faculties
- Talk about interesting topics and issues in a friendly and creative atmosphere
- Relax a bit and have some rest from the exams preparation
- Learn new things
- Develop intercultural competencies
All of the participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
How to apply?

with the information about your motivation to take part in this workshop (basically, why you want to participate).
Application deadline: Wednesday (May 19) 2 pm (14:00 CET).
However, please do not wait until the last moment as the number of places is limited.
