The University of Warsaw, within the framework of the project entitled Third Mission of the Faculty of Modern Languages of the University of Warsaw, has launched the program University of Warsaw for Ukraine. The program is run from October 15, 2022, to October 31, 2023.
The program includes Polish language and English language courses of various levels of language proficiency. Enrolment is possible all the time during the project. The first groups already started on January 9. New groups are constantly being opened.
Regular workshops and activities are held for children and young people aged 4 to 26. This week you can discover the life of the Inuit or explore the mysteries of Poland, make a bird feeder or spend time with music and dancing. For adults, we offer board game evenings. On Saturday, we celebrate Grandma and Grandpa’s day. We will prepare cards and small gifts.
On top of this, legal and psychological consultations have been launched. The objective of the action is to provide people from Ukraine with the necessary psychological support and to give them the necessary legal assistance.
All workshops are free of charge. The classes in person take place at 55 Dobra Street, 00-312 in Warsaw in the building of the Faculty of Modern Languages. A single free registration for the program is required for the opportunity to take a part in all activities.
