We are happy to invite all international employees to join our free Polish language courses! The 6th edition will run from October 19 to December 18. We offer five groups at different proficiency levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Registration opens on Tuesday, September 22 at 10:00 a.m. via the Kampus platform. Save the date – places are limited!

- A2.3 (upper beginners) – teacher: Katarzyna Kołak-Danyi | Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 am – 10:00 am
- B2.4 (upper intermediate) – teacher: Małgorzata Malinowska | Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:45 pm – 18:15 pm
- C2.1 (advanced) – teacher: Agnieszka Wronowska | Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
How to sign-up?
Are you a complete beginner or are you continuing your Polish course with us?
You can enroll directly in your group:

You will need to log in to the Kampus platform using your CAS account and a one-time access code sent to your @uw.edu.pl email address.
Would you like to join a level higher than A1.1?
Log in to the Kampus platform using your CAS account and the one-time access code sent to your @uw.edu.pl email address. Then follow these 3 steps:
- Complete the placement test and make sure to save your results by clicking the “Zapisz/Save” button at the end.
- Enroll in the group recommended by your test results.
- Join a short online meeting with our teachers to confirm that the assigned group matches your skills and needs.

Application dates:
September 22, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – October 5, 2026, 12:00 p.m.
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to continuing participants. You will receive confirmation of your enrollment after your application has been verified and the registration deadline has passed.
Who can apply?
The course is dedicated to international employees of the University of Warsaw. Employees who are not academic teachers/researchers are required to submit a permission form signed by their immediate supervisor [DOCX] to Welcome Point if classes overlap with their working hours.
