Welcome Point Pavilion 2026

The Welcome Point Pavilion is returning to the University of Warsaw Main Campus! This year marks its 10th edition.

From September 14 to October 16, 2026, the Pavilion will serve as an additional temporary information spot for new international students, doctoral candidates and employees of the University of Warsaw. Starting at UW? We are here to help!

Beginning studies or work at a new university often comes with many questions. The Welcome Point team will help you find your way around the University, complete the necessary formalities and settle into everyday life in Warsaw.

At the Pavilion, you can receive guidance on:

  • university formalities, including USOS, course registration, eduroam Wi-Fi and student ID cards;
  • accommodation and university dormitories;
  • health care and legalisation of stay in Poland;
  • navigating UW campuses and Warsaw;
  • language courses, sports and other opportunities available at UW;
  • contacting the appropriate university offices;
  • everyday matters related to studying and living in Poland.
