16 June 2026: Online Meeting on Legalisation of Stay for the International UW Employees

Join an online informational meeting on the MOS 2.0 and the new application procedure for the temporary residence permit in Poland.

The meeting will be led by Dr Łukasz Wieczorek, Legalisation of Stay Coordinator at Welcome Point.

During the meeting, participants will learn about the most important rules concerning legal stay in Poland, including visas, residence permits, and the new procedure for submitting residence applications through the MOS 2.0 system.

From 27 April 2026, applications for temporary residence, permanent residence, and long-term EU resident permits must be submitted electronically through the Case Management Module — MOS. The meeting will explain what has changed, how the new system works, what documents are required, and what students should pay special attention to when applying.
