Scholarships
Everyone admitted to the doctoral school, starting October 1, 2020, will receive a stipend for no more than four years (48 months, months of study suspension not included) of study: PLN 3466,9 gross (approximately PLN 3076,5 net) at the beginning and PLN 5340,9 gross (approximately PLN 4739,5 net) after the mid-term evaluation.
- A doctoral student with a disability evaluation receives a doctoral stipend increased by 30% of the basic amount (PLN 1040,07).
- Doctoral stipends are exempt from income tax, but disability and pension contributions are deducted.
- The system of universal doctoral scholarships will not be aimed at postgraduate students recruited for doctoral studies before the 2019/2020 academic year. They will apply for scholarships under the existing rules.
- Also, doctoral students can count on ‘SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 5’ funded by the Rector’s scholarship fund. You can find the Rector’s ordinance here. For more information, please contact your doctoral school or the Student Welfare and Support Office.

Social matters
Doctoral students who began their studies before the 2019/2020 academic year are also entitled to apply for a social scholarship from the Material Assistance Fund, a social scholarship or a special scholarship for disabled persons.
