This year as well the Volunteer Centre of UW organizes Easter project addressed to the entire community of the University of Warsaw. This time as part of the “Mission: Easter” people willing to participate can send their online wishes, virtual and traditional cards which will be delivered to seniors staying in the Nursing Home of the Society of St. Francis de Sales in Warsaw.
The wishes sent will be given to seniors and displayed on the screens in the Nursing Home. Later a chain of wishes will be made from all cards! All this will create a warm atmosphere and hopefully will make seniors feel surrounded by kindness and support during this special Easter time.
Wishes and virtual cards can be sent to VC UW until March 24 (inclusive) at wolontariat[at]uw.edu.pl. Whereas traditional cards should be sent directly to the Nursing Home via post office (it is worth doing it a little earlier to make sure that they reach seniors before Easter):

Additionally, VC UW organizes Easter get-together online workshops, which will take place on March 18 from 4:30-6:30pm CET (workshop in English) and on March 19 from 4:30-6:30pm CET (workshop in Polish). It will be an opportunity not only to prepare cards for seniors according to your own creativity, but also to make new friends and have a good time.
