Legalisation of stay in Poland – informational meetings for Students and PhD Students

Do you ask yourself the following questions: Do I need to legalise my stay? What about pandemic regulations – are they still in force?

We all know that the subject of legalisation of stay in Poland might seem extremely complicated in the beginning! That’s why Welcome Point would like to invite all international students and PhD Students for three informational meetings on legal issues concerning residence in Poland.

The meetings will be led by a specialist Dr Łukasz Wieczorek who is Legalisation of stay Coordinator at the Welcome Point team.

This November edition will be held in person, on the Main Campus of the UW, building of the old library.

  • Meetings conducted in English and registration forms:
20th November 2023, 1:30 – 3:30 pm. Registration deadline 17.11, 10 am.
30th November 2023, 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Registration deadline 29.11, 10 am.

 

  • Meeting conducted in Polish and registration form:
28th November 2023, 1:30 – 3.30 pm. Registration deadline 27.11, 10 am.

 

The programme of above meetings includes:

  • Legalisation of residence in Poland (visa, permanent residence permit)
  • The procedure of application for a residence permit
  • Polish descent and Card of the Pole holders’ rights

The meetings are specifically dedicated to students from non-EU countries.
