Are you a student or doctoral student at the University of Warsaw (UW)? If so, you have the opportunity to apply for a place in the UW dormitories for the upcoming academic year. Here’s what you need to know about the application process.
Who Can Apply?
Every UW student and doctoral student is eligible to apply for a dormitory place for themselves, as well as for their children and spouse or partner.
Duration of Accommodation
The dormitory place is granted until 9 July 2025. There is flexibility for early check-out or an extension for the summer holidays of 2025 if needed.
Application Rounds
There are two rounds of application and processing:
- Round I for Current Students
- Application Period: 17 June – 8 July 2024
- Who Can Apply: All current students, including those completing their bachelor’s degree and planning to continue their studies at UW.
- Round II for New Students Admitted for 2024/2025
- Application Period: 5 – 22 August 2024
- Who Can Apply: Only students who will start their studies at UW in the academic year 2024/2025.
Important: Applications cannot be submitted after the indicated deadlines. Don’t WAIT — apply as soon as the application period opens!
