IMPORTANT UPDATE: Meeting in English at 10 am will take place in Auditorium Maximum (hall “C”) instead of the Old Library building. Both buildings are located in the Main Campus (26/28 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street).
Welcome Point would like to help you at the very beginning of your stay in Warsaw. That is why we invite all new long-term international students for a very special welcome meeting that will inaugurate the academic year 2019/2020.
At the meeting you will learn the most important things about the University itself, its structure and basic rules. Also we will give you more information about other possibilities that are waiting for you as members of the community. What is more, you will get a welcome pack and an invitation to more events that are planned in October. It will also be a great opportunity to meet other fellow students and make new friends. After the meetings our Polish students from Student’s Union will invite you to take part in an outdoor game and a pub crawl!
Meeting conducted in English will be held on September 30 at 10.00 am in Auditorium Maximum in the hall “C” on the Main Campus and the meeting conducted in Polish will be held on the very same day at 12.30 in Auditorium Maximum (hall “C”) at the Main Campus. Each meeting will last approximately two hours.
Participation in the meeting is free of charge upon registration through this online form (meeting in English) or this form (meeting in Polish).
