Otherwise, doctor appointments, including prescribed treatment and medications, are covered by students and employees on their own. Therefore, it is highly recommended to obtain public or private health insurance for the whole period of stay in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>NFZ: National Health Fund (<em>Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia)<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>It is possible to obtain health insurance at National Health Fund (<strong>Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia; <\/strong><strong>NFZ)<\/strong>.
