In the academic year 2021/2022, applying for a place in the dormitory from the pool of free places will be held online via the Registration, like the registration for exams or classes at the University of Warsaw.
Registration for Dormitory will start on September 24, 2021 at 20:00 (8:00pm). If you are applying for a vacancy pool, no income statement or additional preferences will be taken into account.
Important note: Only people who have not yet been allocated a place in the Dormitory can apply for a place in the Dormitory.
Limits of places to all Dormitories will appear on September 24, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the latest. If the registration has been successfully completed, it means that the place has been granted. On the next working day, i.e. September 27, 2021, from 10:00 a.m., you will be able to stay in the dormitory. Checking in for students who received a place from token registration will last until October 5, 2021 at the latest.
HOW TO APPLY STEP BY STEP:
- Go to the Registration site: https://rejestracja.usos.uw.edu.pl and log in
- Enter: „REGISTRATION” (on the left).
- Open the „Registration for free places in dormitories”.
- Enter the name of the item group „Referrals to Dormitories”.
- Choose one of the listed items you want to register for: – Dormitory No. 1 , Dormitory No. 2 – etc.
- Select: Group 1.
- Sign up for the Dormitory. If the registration is active and the limit is not exceeded, you will see the icon “You are not registered for the class”. To register, click the shopping cart.
- If you make the registration, the icon will change to: “You are registered for the class. To unsubscribe, click the shopping cart”.
- During the registration time, having registered to the dormitory, you will be able to unsubscribe pressing the same icon.
The tokens that students will receive for registration for a place to the dormitory may only be used to apply for a place in the Student Dormitory!
